The Virginia COC is a Confederation of Clubs united to protect the rights of Motorcycle Club members, uphold the standards and traditions of the Motorcycle club community in Virginia, and provide a forum for communications for the Motorcycle Clubs in and traveling through Virginia.
Our MissionThe Confederation of Clubs exists to further the interests and rights of Motorcycle Clubs and their members by addressing various issues of interest to motorcyclists in general, and Motorcycle Clubs in particular. It is a unified body of Motorcycle Clubs that combine resources, voices, and ability to preserve our rights and way of life. Another mission is to allow MCs to freely communicate with each other to maintain inter-club relations, de-conflict scheduling of club activities such as fund raisers and charity events, and enable clubs to mutually support the events and activities that enrich the MC community throughout the state. See the Legislation page for more information on our Legislative efforts.
Our MembersOur members are restricted to those organizations that have a vested interest in issues specific to MCs. While there are other organizations that constantly and valiantly battle for motorcyclists rights in general, few address the unique concerns of MCs. If you can demonstrate that your organization fits this criteria, your participation is welcome and invited.

UNJUST fines, and the petition to repeal them The Commonwealth has just enacted new legislation to pile on a slew of unfair fines for Virginia Drivers convicted of many types of moving violations. Rather than finding a way to raise money to fairly charge drivers who use the roads that is fair and equitable, the Virginia state Legislature has elected to take the spineless route of imposing "civil penalties" for many driving infractions. This link delineates these penalties. There is hope. We must support a petition to repeal this legislation. Here is a link to sign an online petition to get this law repealed
Hey! Seems like this worked...Legislative activism in action.
